Growing up
isn't easy.

We have a vision to equip middle-school aged youth with constructive relationships and resources to address trauma, toxic stress, and the challenges of transitioning into young adulthood. Our mentorship programs, Brothers Table and Sisters Circle, are led by trained mentors who work collaboratively with mentees to heal, grow, and play.

You change lives.

Becoming a mentor is a great opportunity to develop leadership skills, improve emotional intelligence, and make a positive impact on the community. We believe anyone with a growth-mindset and a big heart can learn to become an effective mentor. Join our team of life-changers!

Brothers Table

Brothers Table connects boys with reliable male mentors committed to creating a safe space for boys to feel heard, supported, and well-equipped to pursue their dreams. Boys who do not have positive male figures in their lives are far more susceptible to homelessness, destructive behavior, and low self-esteem. Brothers Table is designed to build meaningful relationships that heal emotionally, grow intentionally, and empower boundlessly.

Sisters Circle

There is a confidence crisis in young girls, marked by poor self-image, negative self-talk, and isolation. That's why we started Sisters Circle--a loving sisterhood working together through personal development activities with guidance from trained mentors. Hear empowering female leaders speak on topics like confidence and friendship, build strong relationships with other girls in the community, and gain the tools to become A CONFIDENT QUEEN! #girlpower

2022
The B.U.I.L.D
Curriculum

In July of 2022, both mentorship programs began working through the B.U.I.L.D Cycle curriculum--developed to guide our mentees through a journey of self-exploration and purpose-seeking. B.U.I.L.D. is an acronym representing 5 stages of the program-- 1. Build a strong sense of identity and emotional awareness; 2. Understand strengths and interests; 3. Interconnect: grow relationships and community; 4. Lead: embrace responsibility; and 5. Direct Impact: explore purpose and service. Our programs meet for 1-2 monthly sessions and are open to enrollment year-round. Sign up today!

Let's go on an adventure!

Constructive play is key to healthy development and relationship-building. An integral part of our mentorship programs is allocating time to play and bond on local field trips. Some of our favorite mentorship moments have been on fishing docks and in bowling alleys--so keep an eye on our calendar for upcoming opportunities! And don't worry, you don't have to be enrolled in a program to join the fun!
