The Mentoring Coordinator will manage the daily operations of the mentoring program: recruiting and screening volunteer mentors, training and supporting them, matching them with mentees, monitoring relationships, facilitating program events, handling data & reporting, and liaising with community partners. You will act as the backbone of the program, ensuring quality, consistency, and relational care.
